Materials
 

Plastic Components	The plastic parts of our products are manufactured by rotational molding of LLDPE imported from Samsung in Korea. The wall thickness of plastic parts is 8mm or more.
Main Column	All main columns are made of galvanized steel pipes with 114mm diameter and 2.2mm wall thickness. The quality and technical standards meet the requirements of national standard GB/T3091-2001.
Platform	All platforms are made of 2.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plate with 6mm hole diameter, and the quality and technical standards are in accordance with European EN1176 standards.
Other metal parts	All metal parts are made of galvanized steel pipes with diameters of 60mm, 48mm, 38mm, 32mm, 28mm and wall thickness of 2.2mm. The quality and technical standards meet the requirements of national standard GB/T3091-2001.
Accessories	All metal fittings are made of high-strength aluminum alloy in one casting. After polishing treatment, all sharp corners are rounded and smooth. All screws are made of #314 stainless steel, in line with GB/T1221-1992 standard.
Ropes and nets	The ropes and nets are made of imported high quality sailing ropes, 12mm and 16mm in diameter, containing high strength galvanized steel wires.
