Plastic Elements The plastic components of our acclaimed PE Plate Series Kids Outdoor Slide Playground Equipment are crafted using rotational molding of superior LLDPE supplied by Samsung Corporation, South Korea. These parts boast an impressive wall thickness exceeding 8mm, ensuring robust durability.
Main Columns Crafted with precision, all main columns feature galvanized steel pipes with a prominent diameter of 114mm and a wall thickness of 2.2mm. These columns meet the prestigious National standard GB/T3091-2001, guaranteeing both quality and technical excellence.
Platforms Our platforms are expertly shaped using 2.2mm-thick cold-rolled steel sheets, decorated with 6mm diameter bores. Adhering to the European EN1176 standard, these platforms epitomize both strength and sophistication.
Other Metal Parts Our variety of metal components are meticulously made from galvanized steel pipes available in diameters of 60mm, 48mm, 38mm, 32mm, and 28mm, all with a wall thickness of 2.2mm. These parts proudly meet National standard GB/T3091-2001 requirements.
Fittings The fittings are crafted from high-strength aluminum alloy, formed through one-time casting. Following thorough polishing, all edges are smoothly rounded. Our stainless steel screws, made to the standard of GB/T1221-1992, promise enduring strength.
Ropes and Nets We use premium-grade imported sailing ropes, measuring 14mm & 16mm in diameter, featuring a core of reinforced galvanized steel wire. These ropes are designed for unyielding strength and longevity.
