Plastic Elements: Our plastic components are meticulously crafted through a rotational moulding process using LLDPE sourced from the esteemed Samsung Corporation in South Korea. Each plastic element boasts a robust wall thickness exceeding 8mm, ensuring enhanced durability and safety.
Main Columns: Constructed from high-quality galvanized steel, our main columns feature a substantial diameter of 114mm and a sturdy wall thickness of 2.2mm. These materials adhere to the rigorous standards set by the National standard GB/T3091-2001, guaranteeing strength and longevity.
Platforms: Precision-engineered, our platforms are formed from 2.2mm-thick cold-roll steel sheets, expertly perforated with 6mm-diameter bores. These platforms meet the high standards of the European EN1176, ensuring both resilience and safety.
Other Metal Parts: Our metal components are crafted from galvanized steel pipes with diameters of 60mm, 48mm, 38mm, 32mm, and 28mm, complemented by a substantial wall thickness of 2.2mm. These materials comply with the National standard GB/T3091-2001, offering superior quality and reliability.
Fittings: Fabricated from high-strength aluminium alloy through an advanced one-time cast forming technique, our metal fittings undergo meticulous polishing processing, resulting in rounded, smooth corners. Stainless steel screws (#314) meet the GB/T1221-1992 standard, ensuring secure and lasting assembly.
Ropes and Nets: Sourced from high-grade sailing ropes, our durable ropes and nets feature diameters of 14mm and 16mm, with an internal structure reinforced by high-strength galvanized steel wire, providing both flexibility and strength.
