Materials Description
Plastic Elements Every plastic component of our products is crafted through rotational moulding using premium LLDPE imported from Samsung Corporation, South Korea. Each piece boasts a wall thickness exceeding 8mm, ensuring robust durability.
Main Columns Our main columns are expertly constructed from galvanized steel pipes, featuring a diameter of 114mm and a wall thickness of 2.2mm. These columns adhere rigorously to the National standard GB/T3091-2001, guaranteeing strength and resilience.
Platforms The platforms are precision-engineered from 2.2mm-thick cold-rolled steel sheets, meticulously pierced with 6mm diameter bores. This design ensures compliance with the esteemed European EN1176 standard, upholding both safety and quality.
Other Metal Parts Crafted from galvanized steel pipes of varying diameters (60mm, 48mm, 38mm, 32mm, 28mm) and a consistent wall thickness of 2.2mm, all metal parts adhere to the stringent National standard GB/T3091-2001 for superior safety and performance.
Fittings Our fittings are fabricated from high-tensile aluminium alloy via one-time cast forming. Post-polishing, all edges are rounded and smooth. Screws are crafted from stainless steel #314, meeting the GB/T1221-1992 standard for durability and safety.
Ropes and Nets Our ropes and nets are composed of imported, high-grade sailing ropes, with diameters of 14mm and 16mm. They feature a robust internal core of high-strength galvanized steel wire, ensuring both safety and longevity.
