Q1: Can I custom the playground colorful?
A1: Yes, sure. We have a range of colors for plastic and metal parts.
Q2: What's type of installation way?
A2: Major two types. If installed on concrete, only make the post end with plates and fastened with bolts to the concrete. If installed on sand or grass, need to make the post end 30cm longer, which will be buried underground.
Q3: How to maintain the outdoor fitness?
A3: Please check components especially bolts and screws regularly.
And use proper ways to solve the problem.
Q1: What's your minimum order?
A1: 10 sets, you can mix different items together.
Q2: Can you send the fitness equipment to my country?
A2: Sure, we can. If you do not have your own ship forwarder, we can help you.
Q3: How about your shipping way?
A3: We usually use FOB Ningbo. Other ports also available,
since they are far from our factory,so need you pay more inland fee.
Q4: What's your payment terms ?
A4: By T/T,30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment.
Q5:How can I place the order?
A5: First sign the PI,pay deposit,then we will arrange the production.
After finished production need you pay balance. Finally we will ship the Goods.
Q6:How to install the fitness equipment? is it difficult?
A6: We have two ways to install the fitness equipments, use expansion screws or pre-embeded, you can install it easily.
